Garden Party Success!

Plants, painting, music oh my! What a fun evening to help fundraise for the Gemini garden club. Founded 4 years ago by Rebecca and Carly (pictured below), the Gemini garden club has transformed parts of Gemini’s campus into whimsical retreats for the students. This evening, the Garden Club revealed the new garden in honor of Mr. Meisenberg- Gemini’s music man. A well-loved teacher taken too early, the new garden is the perfect memorial.

Besides the memorial garden reveal, other highlights included-

• Artist, Chris Maslow live painting a mural
• Kids mosh pit/dance party
• Kids and adults channeling their inner artist to paint tiles for Gemini’s new tile mosaic.
• And last but not least all the beautiful art and plants for sale

Kuddos to the Gemini garden club for putting on such a wonderful community event. This years Art in the Garden event was the first but hopefully not their last. Until next year…
